Lender Co-Branding
We’ve continued to evolve our Equity & Financial data product to now cobrand mortgage companies & their loan officers on the agent’s reports. Sample Page can be found here.
- 4 new lead capture forms included alongside of our new equity data
- Forms are cobranded to the attributed loan officer for that agent
- Leads are duly routed to both the agent & the loan officer
Now, your lender partner is getting more value with their sponsorship of our new financial data on the home valuation pages. Not only has the consumer lead capture & engagement increased, it also encourages agent + loan officer relationships.
How to Enable: To enable our new financial data & lender cobranding, please reach out to your Account Manager for a quote.
Google Events Tracking
We now have the ability to track events on our new Equity components via Google Analytics. This feature will give Buyside the ability to see what the end user is clicking on within the Equity components for each website. To get reporting on these numbers, please reach out to your Account Manager.
“Unsubscribe” is Now Available on the Dashboard!
Users now have the ability to unsubscribe clients from receiving the monthly report in their “My Leads” tab. If a homeowner is subscribed to a Monthly Report, there will be an “Unsubscribe” button that displays within the lead.
Clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button will unsubscribe the client from receiving the monthly report, as well as display as “Unsubscribed” with a yellow checkmark.
Email Deliverability Improvement
To improve the deliverability of all emails coming from Buyside (both to agents & to consumers), the exclamation points (!) on the subject line have been removed. Some email providers categorize exclamation points as SPAM, thus our reasoning for removing to ensure delivery.
Address Search Improvement: Multi-Units
To improve the consumer experience when searching for an address at a property with multiple units, we are now hiding address entries missing unit information.
