How to add your Home Valuation Site signature to Outlook Online

  1. Copy the Signature Link Text from the Marketing Suite
  2. Within Outlook, click on the Gear Icon in the top right of the page and select Options
  3. The Options menu will open on the left, scroll down to Email Signature under the Layout section.
  4. Paste the Signature Link Text into the box and then select both check boxes above. Those checkboxes will insure your signature is included in all outgoing emails. (If you have other text already in there - your contact info - just paste it above or below that)
  5. Click Save
  6. Send a test email to yourself and click on the link to make sure it worked properly!
