What is a Hotsheet?

The Buyer Hotsheet is an email that allows you to keep up with new Buyers, Coming Soon Listings, and Quiet Listings that have been added to the system in the areas you choose.

It summarizes recent activity divided into three sections:

1. Notifications - Any new notice pertaining to your account, your listings, or your buyers eg: You have an expiring buyer.
2. New Buyers Added - Any new buyers added in your "Areas of Interest" since the last Hotsheet.
3. New Listings Added - Any new Coming Soon or Quiet Listings added in your "Areas of interest" since the last Hotsheet. 

You have the option of adjusting the frequency you receive the Hotsheet (Daily, Weekly, or Never) and your areas of interests within your Notification Settings. 

To update the frequency of your Hotsheet email notifications: 

1. Log into your Buyside account 
2. Hover over  your profile image in the upper right corner and select “My Account”
3. Click “Notification Settings” from the left navigation menu
4. Select the frequency you wish and click “Update”
